Positive: The location in lovely grounds and yet on a main tram line. Easy access for Grenoble centre. The room was comfy if tight.
Negative: Even though it is a training institution, the organisation on the front desk was a bit more chaotic than even that would imply. No one in charge of 4 staff, it seemed. The reception staff are keen but disorganized. For a minute there, we thought we were in Fawlty Towers. The breakfast food and service were, on the other hand, excellent. The access to the shower is elevated and dead dangerous. A grab bar should be installed without any delay unless you want a liability claim. I think the staff could have the WiFi password routine down pat.

Positive: it's an hotelerie school, so don't expect a lot from the staff most of them are so young with no experience. it's super clean and very confortable. but you should be patient with the staff

Positive: It’s a beautiful ,large stylish hotel in the centre of Grenoble , has good parking , security and ambiance . The staff were all very friendly and did their best to speak English . The bed was very comfortable . The price was good. There was lots of staff more than customers . The food was great , what little we got to sample , story below .
Negative: Room was cold and took along time to heat up. Bathroom is small pokie and badly designed . Wifi was terrible if more than one person in the room logged on . No menus or anything in the hotel was written in English or any language other than French Initially I asked the young staff members at reception about room service . They explained they had a fixed menu to the room not that unusual . My wife and I have some restraints regarding food so I wrote a message in French using the translator app . Then asked to speak to the kitchen boss , who was too busy but another nice lady cane to help . I explained that we had travelled all day were tired and hungry and need something special but very simple to eat due to our dietary needs . Once she understood abd spoke to the chef it was looking very good on the food front of us getting what we asked for . Which was sone grilled chicken , I recall saying to the lady can you make sure I get a big portion as I can eat a whole chicken . They been offered to bring it to the room , which we were delighted about . So the food came to the room on time all very well presented . Then I lifted the lids off the two main course plates , there was three very small pieces of chicken maybe 50 grams in total on each plate . The chicken was delightful , tender juicy cooked to perfection . But portion was Ala Carte size what you might get if you were having 4/5 courses . So we asked reception if they could do two more then we were told they had no more chicken and they could order us UBER EATS . The kitchen in this hotel was huge with a restaurant to match and without hardly a customer yet then only had 100 grams of chicken , no steaks or any alternatives fir sone tired travellers who wanted something so simple
Summary: I would stay again but certainly not eat there or make sure you book ahead fir food
